CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

During this phase of work, our responsibilities will be to answer any questions of the Construction Documents from the Contractor, review and approve shop drawings, review quality of workmanship, review and approve monthly applications for payment. When substantial completion is obtained, we walk through the building and prepare a Punch List for corrective items that the contractor must do, before they are finally paid. Follow up this last portion of the work is essential. We will also coordinate with the Contractor final warranties, operational manuals, sworn statements of payment, and verify that the Punch List is complete. The Owner will have a one year warranty period for the construction of the building. This is considered standard of the construction industry. Once all is completed, you are ready to open the doors to your new facility!
