The Construction Drawing and Specification Phase of work provides for all the architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, acoustical/ sound system design, kitchen design, and civil engineering details and specifications that go into construction the building. They are basically the guide and direction that is needed to allow the Contractor to build the building.

The Construction Bidding Phase involves a thorough review of all the contractors, their experience levels, their financial strength and reference background. Once a contractor is selected, we assist in answering questions during the bidding phase, evaluating bids to make sure there is not any duplication among trades and recommend the qualified Contractor
