The Schematic Design Phase defines the scale, material, and proportions of the building or series of buildings. Architecture is created through structural, form and light and it is in this phase that we investigate how the final plan will work and how the building will look like. All components of this phase feed off the work that has created in the overall Masterplan. During the Schematic Phase we include drawings of the final site plan, floor plan, landscape plan, building elevations and renderings. Preliminary budgets are established at the end of this work.
